    Has a medical practitioner given you a “prescription” for a lifestyle change you are struggling to achieve? Health coaching provides extra support and accountability to move you towards success.

  • Life doesn’t stop for self-care, but I’ll help you find practical ways to nourish yourself, even when the chaos feels overwhelming.

    Feelings of overwhelm are not uncommon and loneliness is its cousin. I’ll help you chart a course toward healing, transformation, and connection with self to empower you to take practical small steps to create your next chapter.

  • If you’re ready to make a courageous pivot and step into a new chapter of your life, I offer coaching using the tools outlined in Tara Mohr’s book, Playing Big, to identify your inner critic, tap into your inner mentor, and help you realize your full potential.

  • GLP-1 use creates exciting new changes for many and, when used in conjunction with good healthy habits, optimal outcomes may be achieved.

    Learn to access your own inner wisdom and motivation to make lasting lifestyle changes to support you in your journey towards transformation and health.

What to expect…

A complimentary Discover session will provide an opportunity to assess our fit as coach and client.

I start all coaching relationships with a minimum of a 3 month commitment as change takes time; 6 months is ideal. Sessions are 50 min and may be weekly or bi-weekly. I coach online or in my home office in Kitsilano in Vancouver BC.

    3 Month Program

    Three month programs are a great way to explore coaching. You will share your vision in 1-1 sessions and every week we will set goals to move you towards that vision. Designed to enhance accountability through frequency and minimal time between sessions, this program is powerful and keeps clients on track.

    6 Month Program

    Six month programs involve bi-weekly 1-1 coaching in-person or online with the focus on client-led visioning and goal setting. Bi-weekly check-ins create personal accountability and progress towards lasting change.

    Group Coaching

    Group coaching is a value-based means for accessing coaching. Groups are limited to 6-8 participants. You will share your experience and leverage the power of the group’s experience to achieve behaviour change (aka create new habits and achieve your goals)! Groups are carefully curated to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
